How to place a order

How to place a order?

You can choose to have it sent to any address in your company, headquarters or home. You can have multiple addresses stored in your account if you are a registered user.
When you have found the desired item, click on the BUY or ADD TO CART button on the product page to add it to your shopping cart. When you are on the shopping cart page, you will be able to see the list of items you have added. You can make any changes you wish, such as: changing the quantity of an item, or removing an item from your basket. If you wish to continue shopping click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button.
Once you have added all the items you want to your shopping cart, you will be ready to finish your order. Then click on the PROCESS ORDER button and on the next page you will have to fill in the Personal Details Form. We remind you that if you want a budget you can click on PRINT BUDGET IN PDF to generate a budget of what you have in the shopping cart.
You can make the purchase with your user data or by creating an account.
-If you already have an account created, just log in with your username and password. Your personal data are already registered in our database and you will not have to enter them again.
-If you want to create an account so you don’t have to fill in the same data in future purchases, you must fill in the Personal Data Form: name, surname, e-mail address, address, postal code, city (select a city from the drop-down list) province and a contact telephone number. We remind you that if you register as a company and you are from outside Spain you have to put the Intracommunitarian CIF /VAT Number (PTXXXXXXXX, FRXXXXXXXX, DEXXXXXXXX …) so that you will not be charged VAT.

The purchase process has 5 steps:
a. Access to your account: Enter your e-mail and password, create an account …
b. Shipping selection: Indicate your data and the shipping address where you want to receive the package.
c. Verify the purchase: Check if all the data of your order is correct. Remember that to complete the order you must accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy. Remember that if you are from outside Spain and have an Intracommunity VAT number you must enter it before placing the order otherwise the system will charge you the corresponding fees.
d. Selection of payment method: Select how you want to make the payment, whether by credit or debit card or by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
e. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

All the purchases you make in our online store are 100% safe.
Your bank details are protected and encrypted by the latest technology.

How can I see what I have in my shopping cart?

To view the contents of your basket, click on the basket icon at the top right of our page. All the items you have added to your basket will be displayed. If you wish to change the quantity of any product in your basket, you can change the number by clicking on the – / + buttons in the quantity column. If you wish to remove any item from your basket, click on the trash can icon next to the – / + buttons.

How can I change the quantity of an item in my basket?

First you must click on the cart icon at the top right of our page. This allows you to see all the items you have chosen and the quantities you want of each product. If you want to remove the product from the cart you simply have to click on the X to remove it from the cart. To change the quantity of a particular item, you must click on CONFIRM and you will be taken to the CART page where you can change quantities or remove products. Once you have made the change, you will see that the price of the item changes accordingly. If you wish to change the quantity of any product in your cart, you can change the number by clicking on the – / + buttons in the quantity column (Qty.)

How do I know that the order has been placed correctly?

After completing the purchase process, an order confirmation will appear on your screen.
In addition, you will receive an order confirmation by email which will be the proof that we have received your order. If you are registered you can access the details of your order by going to the section MY ACCOUNT. There you will have the history of all your orders.
If you chose bank transfer, you will receive an email indicating the details and the total amount of the shipment, which you will have to transfer to the current account that will appear in the email. Do not forget to refer to the order number on the bank transfer. We remind you that to speed up the process of purchase by transfer if you attach a receipt to info@magnetarplus.com and we will begin to prepare the order before the money reaches our bank account.
